To our People and Customers, 

First we would like to say thank you. Thank you to our Warehouse Staff and UPS Workers who continue to go to work everyday to be able to serve. Thank you to our Customers, many of whom have loyally supported us for years. Your wellbeing and happiness is important to us. As a socially responsible business, we feel we have a role to play in preventing the spread of COVID-19 and we want to keep you informed of the steps we've taken. 

Order Delivery
We will continue to ship items via UPS from our warehouse where our team is working hard for you to keep the space sanitary and practicing social distancing. At this time, our Standard UPS shipments are still arriving on-time. At this time, we have paused our '2-Day Rush Shipment' option.

Customer Service

Extended Return Policy
If you have been unable to return an unwanted item due to self-isolation restrictions, we will honor a late return as long as the item meets the other terms of our returns policy.

Although we are all going through an unprecedented welfare crisis, we also have an incredible opportunity to use this time to slow down to nature's rhythm, reflect, reconnect, refresh and rebuild the place we call HOME.
